China wearable devices shipment up 28.5% in 2018, led by Xiaomi, Huawei, Apple

Shipments of wearable devices totaled 73.21 million units in 2018, up from 28.5% a year ago, which is expected to reach 120 million units by 2023. Combined shares of the top 5 vendors led by Xiaomi, Huawei, and Apple increased to 57.6%.
