Baidu quietly launched Personal Assistant app for businessperson, to help CEOs, managers and the white-collars manage their business relationships.
With this app, you can set up contact files for customers, suppliers and partners. And you can check each contact conveniently with all information you need, including recent activities, information exchanged, etc. Business success begins from good relationship management, and Baidu Personal Assistant may be a good app to help you start.
If one of your business contact calls, Baidu Personal Assistant will give you notice immediately, telling who the person is and his or her last call with you, key points of your last call and important information exchanged. For example, if you discuss your product price with your customer in last call, the app would remind you of your price given in case you forget. Baidu Personal Assistant aims at providing you continuous communication with your business contacts.
Baidu Personal Assistant solves this problem by offering record function. You can use record or record key points function to help you remember calls with business contacts. After the call, you can also edit the key points record. If you don’t have time, you can edit the record later on your computer.
You can jot down your business detail in Note, and you could set up reminder for each task in your note.
